How this works

Each browser session gets a unique project id stored locally, so the copilot can remember context.
When you click send, the backend calls a Cloudflare AI model and stores the updated plan in Workers KV.
It usually takes around 5 to 15 seconds to generate a good response. Wait for the status to return to Ready before sending the next message.
